Professional Experience
Mediator, arbitrator and business consultant since 1993. Member of the law firm of Pacht, Ross, Warne, Bernhard & Sears, Inc., Los Angeles, CA from 1957 to 1979.
From 1980 to 1986 served as President and COO of The Plitt Theater Companies (successor to the ABC Theater Division and the third largest motion picture theater chain in the U.S.) and then as President and CEO of Showscan Entertainment Inc., a film technology and attractions company in Culver City, CA (1986-93) and President and COO of Plitt Entertainment Group, Inc. (1986-01).
Was Chairman and CEO of Intra-Asia Entertainment Corp., with amusement park holdings in China (1997-99).
