Commissioner Ronald Hauptman has been a part of the Los Angeles legal community for over 45 years. After a 23 year legal career that focused largely on criminal matters, he was elected as a Commissioner of the Los Angeles Superior Court in 1984. Commissioner Hauptman served in that role for 22 years, being assigned to the Juvenile, Criminal, Family Law and Probate sections.
Commissioner Hauptman presided over more than 140 jury trials and more than 1,000 court trials and evidentiary hearings.
