Joel M. Grossman, Esq.
With over 25 years of experience in litigation, labor negotiations and conducting complex corporate investigations, Joel Grossman is uniquely qualified to resolve all manner of disputes. Having settled hundreds of cases in private practice and as head of Sony Pictures' Labor Relations and Litigation Divisions, Joel has learned to think out of the box, and resolve even the most "unsettleable" disputes creatively, often before lawsuits are actually filed. He has great credibility with both plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel, and brings both energy and a passion for settlement to the mediation table.
