- Jeffrey P. Palmer is an attorney and a businessman. He has specialized in arbitration and mediation since 1992. He had a general litigation practice for 5 years before managing an aerospace tool and die manufacturing company for 14 years. He also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
- Mr. Palmer's mediation and arbitration practice has included more than 200 cases (100-mediation, 100-arbitration) in construction contract, construction defect, employment law, contract, fraud, negligence and professional malpractice and personal injury.
- Mr. Palmer regularly presents mediating and arbitration classes on ethics, negotiations and procedures.
